A Y-tool with long low-profile shafts for 3.2 mm square,5 mm hex and 5.5 mm hex contacts.
3.2 mm square;5 mm hex;5.5 mm hex
The working profile must fit the nipple, and the outer shaft must pass the rim opening.
What this choice changes
The SW-15 addresses spoke nipples driven from inside the rim. Its three working profiles—3.2 mm square,5 mm hex and 5.5 mm hex—are different from an open wrench engaging external nipple flats. Choose it after identifying both the internal drive shape and the available access through the rim.
Each shaft is 50 mm long, but shaft length is only one access check. Park Tool also gives outside shaft diameters of 6 mm for the square end,7.5 mm for the 5 mm hex end and 8 mm for the 5.5 mm hex end. An opening large enough for the drive size may still be too small for the shaft around it.
The three ends share one Y-shaped handle. It is useful when the toolkit needs these internal contacts, rather than as a general replacement for every spoke wrench or an initial-loading driver. No spoke tension is measured by this tool, and a wheel-brand name alone does not establish that the required internal profile is present.

The working profile must fit the nipple, and the outer shaft must pass the rim opening.
A conventional open nipple wrench serves a different receiving surface.
The 5 mm value is the working hex drive;7.5 mm is that shaft’s outside diameter. Both may matter for access.
It turns a matching nipple. A tension meter supplies a separate measurement.
Only if the nipple provides the required accessible external flats. SW-15 serves the stated internal profiles.
