Handlebar-position control during service/storage
The arm must span suitable attachment points and the ends must fit their actual shape.
What this choice changes
The Flop Stop is intended to keep a chosen handlebar position during service or storage while another support carries the bicycle. Its telescoping arm and knob adjustment span the maker’s stated 20–35 inches. The end arrangement differs from the HBH-3: the source photograph shows an open cradle-like contact at one end and a loop/contact arrangement at the other.
The manufacturer describes mostly round handlebar and seatpost configurations and soft-rubber contacts. Check the real attachment points and distance before buying; an exact round-tube diameter range is not established here. The inches are the stated length range, not the permitted tube size.
Choose between this holder and the HBH-3 by the contact arrangement that fits the bicycle. The Flop Stop’s replaceable bungee is a serviceable part, but an extra spare is not promised in this offer. It is not intended for bicycle transportation, so do not treat it as a car-rack tie or shipping restraint.

The arm must span suitable attachment points and the ends must fit their actual shape.
A positioning accessory on a supported bicycle is a different job from restraining a bicycle during travel.
The selected full description excludes bicycle transportation. Choose a restraint designed for the actual transport setup instead.
A replacement bungee is separately identified by the maker. That does not establish a spare in the supplied package.
Compare your attachment span and the end contacts: this telescoping cradle/loop arrangement differs from the HBH-3’s articulated strap clamps.
