Steering-position holder, not bicycle support
Measure the distance between suitable attachment points and compare it with the usable extension.
What this choice changes
The HBH-3 helps hold the steering position while the bicycle is supported for service. Its articulating strap-clamp ends can rotate to suit the contact arrangement, and the anodized-aluminum arm adjusts over a stated 457–813 mm (18–32 inch) usable extension. Choose it by the real attachment span and permitted contact points, rather than treating a holder as another lifting support.
Park Tool states a 12–60 mm round-tube contact range and describes use on many irregular or aero tubes. The contact range refers to the strap ends; it is not the length of the arm. The folded length is 432 mm (17 inches), which is the relevant state when comparing where to put the accessory away.
Compare the Feedback Sports Flop Stop when its telescoping format and different end shapes better suit the bicycle. Both address steering position. The HBH-3’s articulated strap ends offer a real contact choice, but they do not establish universal fit or a guarantee against movement or finish marks.
