Six-notch SC-S / AC-H cartridge cups
Identify SC-S/AC-H and the six-notch pattern on the cup. A Campagnolo label elsewhere on the drivetrain is insufficient.
What this choice changes
The BBT-4 is worth considering when servicing an older cartridge bottom bracket with the six-notch SC-S or AC-H fitting. It addresses a specific legacy interface, rather than general Campagnolo cup service. Park Tool names matching Veloce, Xenon, Mirage, Daytona and Avanti applications, so the actual cup should decide the purchase.
Its nominal major diameter is 44 mm and minor diameter is 38 mm, but six notches are a defining part of the fit. A 16-notch tool with a similar outside size cannot be selected from diameter alone. The vinyl-coated handle is already part of the tool, removing the need to choose a separate socket-driving handle for this operation.
If you maintain several bicycles, buy for the cup you have rather than trying to make one handle cover unrelated standards. A separate retaining accessory can be considered only where the BBT-RS instructions list the actual configuration; it is not supplied with the BBT-4.
