The WST033 Pro is a compact hydraulic-hose cutter with a shaped hose cradle and replaceable blade. It is useful when the cutting step belongs in a small separate tool rather than a combined cutter/inserter. Its role is hydraulic-hose blade cutting, distinct from the wire and housing jaws of a mechanical-cable plier.
The current Jagwire catalogue identifies the Pro’s aluminum body. Compare the Elite WST064 if you prefer its long lever and shaped handgrips; both perform hose cutting, so the difference is the construction and handling format rather than a second cutting operation. No numerical hose range or guaranteed cutting-angle accuracy is established here.
An insert driver is a separate purchase. Jagwire also lists a five-blade replacement pack separately; that pack must not be counted as supplied with the cutter. The source illustration shows the Pro in its packaging, with part of the body obscured, rather than a layout of every loose part.
