Chain-rivet removal and installation
The adjustable shelf supports the chain while the pin is driven. The correct connecting rivet, master link or peening step still comes from the chain-specific joining instructions.
What this choice changes
The CT-3.3 is a workshop-format rivet driver for someone who wants a locating shelf and a full T-handle rather than the compact layout of the CT-5. The shelf adjusts to the chain being supported, while the replaceable driving pin provides a service part for the tool. A replacement-part reference does not mean a spare pin comes in the package.
Park Tool’s current general scope is 5–12-speed derailleur chains and the specified 1/8 inch, 3/16 inch and half-link single-speed types. Its Campagnolo note separately permits driving certain 11–13-speed rivets but excludes peening them. Keep those two statements separate: that special rivet note does not turn this into a general-purpose 13-speed tool.
Choose the CT-15 if the required job includes the documented peening operation. Choose the CT-5 when compact construction matters and its more restricted single-speed fit is sufficient. Neither choice removes the need to identify how the actual chain is supposed to be joined.

The CT-15 adds a removable peening anvil. The CT-5 trades this bench layout for a compact format and different single-speed limits.
No. The current general range is 5–12 speeds. A separate Campagnolo rivet note is not a statement that every 13-speed chain fits.
A job requiring its specified Campagnolo peening function, its broader explicitly named chain scope, or its described spare-pin and anvil package.
CTP identifies the replaceable service pin. The source does not establish an extra spare in this offer; check the selected package if a spare is part of your purchase plan.
